Trina Williams started with NJECC in 2018 as a Direct Care Professional. She then became the CBS Director of NJECC and is now Intake Director. Trina has 15 years of experience and expertise specializing in working with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.

Trina became a Certified Nursing Assistant in 2008. Trina has served many individuals in medical centers in nursing homes, psychiatric hospitals, day habilitations and in home services. Trina has learned many behavioral and therapeutic techniques such as verbally intervening, coping strategies, communication skills, and mindfulness.

Trina looks forward to continuing to assist families and individuals with transitioning to DDD services and enjoys helping the family understand how the process works.
