Elena has been an Occupational Therapist in New Jersey for over 25 years. She worked as a hand therapist specializing in treating complex hand injuries.

Elena also spent many years working in Clifton High School with older students with a variety of diagnoses, who were transitioning from school to adult programs. Elena helped them with vocational skills as well as skills needed for independent living. These clients worked on such things as one-handed computer skills, fine and gross motor coordination skills, vocational prep, such as sorting post office items as well as shopping.

For the past year, Elena has been working with clients at NJECC to help them with such things as ADL skills, sensory integration, as well as fine and gross motor skills.

Elena is a member of AOTA and is fluent in Spanish
