Sharon L . Richardt is a BCBA at the NJECC. Sharon has been a Behavior analyst since May of 2010. She has worked with Developmentally/Intellectually disabled adults for over 30 years. Sharon attended William Paterson College in Wayne NJ where she received a BA in Psychology, and an MA in Counseling Psychology from Centenary college in Hackettstown NJ. Sharon studied for her BCBA at Rutgers University. She has been employed at Abilities of Northwest Jersey, Skylands Center Offering Autism Program, Willowglen Academy, the ARC of Union County and most recently Proud Moments.

On a personal note, in her spare time, Sharon enjoys playing the Clarinet in the Hackettstown Community Band where she has been a member since 1987. Sharon also has been a Licensed Amateur Radio Operator since 1990.
