Michele joined The NJ ECC team in January of 2020. She originally went to school for cosmetology, but then began working as an office supervisor at a mental health center where she met Dawn Willis, CEO.  She worked there for 14 years and developed a love of working with this population.  Michele went to Rutgers to get her certification in Human Resources Management and joined The NJ ECC.

She has a love for customer service and helping others.  Michele is the director of the youth flag football program and assists in running the recreational football program in the town of Lyndhurst.  She also takes part in the town’s Special Angels Flag Football program in Lyndhurst when needed, which is a flag football program for adults with special needs.  Michele has grown to love working with adults in the Developmentally Disabled population and could not imagine working in any other field.

Michele is honored and humbled to be a part of such a special team of staff and individuals The NJ ECC serves.  She looks forward to growing with the company, as she feels they are truly a family.
