Elizabeth Van Zile began working with NJECC in April of 2023 as the Director of Community Base Services.

She worked in the field of mental health for 20 years and continues to enjoy every moment of it. Before coming to NJECC, she was an Associate Director for an Autism Day Program, a Director of Behavioral Management for a CBS program, a customer care manager for a home health agency, and an Associate Director for multiple group homes. She also has completed RBT (registered behavioral technician) coursework and most of her 20 years of experience has been directly associated in the area of behaviors and de-escalation.

She is extremely excited to be a part of the team here at NJECC and hopes her experience can bring value to the team, as well as broaden her own knowledge.
