Brianna has been part of the NJ ECC family since 2021 and she loves her job! Being able to pour herself into this community with the support of the NJ ECC team has been very rewarding. Brianna graduated from a trade school where she was able to work with many different kinds of people but was looking for her passion. She began as a direct support professional at a group home and had no idea then that she would end up at the NJ ECC in her current position today. Brianna is now as the Little Ferry Program Director which requires her to be the head of all activities and day-to-day operations of the day program. She remains in contact with all guardians and support coordinators, schedule ISP renewals, and create a fun work environment with the help of administrators. When she has free time, her personal interest consists of drawing, singing, and dancing.
