Tahira is currently the director of NJ ECC Day Habilitation in Livingston. She joined the NJ ECC team in 2022 and is excited to bring with her over 23 years of experience working with children and adults with various disabilities and special needs.

Tahira has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and is a licensed RBT and ABA Therapist. Over her career she has developed her leadership skills having worked in many different positions in this field including being an Instructional Assistant, Job Coach, Prevocational Assistant, Transition Coordinator, Direct Support, ABA Therapist, RBT, Office Support Coordinator, Director of Operations, and a COO of an ABA Therapy Company.

Tahira is excited to learn new things and looking forward to adding to her experience and being a part of the growth at the NJ ECC.
