Lisa got into the field of Autism when her son was diagnosed with ASD in 2008. She spent the majority of her career as the COO of a private agency that worked primarily with children with special needs. Lisa has spent the last several years immersing herself in the 21 and over population.

Lisa started at The NJECC as the Quality Assurance Director and has since been promoted to Vice President of Quality Assurance.

As a parent herself, Lisa enjoys working with families as The NJECC Parent Liaison. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and loves reading and learning new things!
